If you are a regular reader to our blog, you will know that Duff from StonecoldBluff recently took part in the recent Help For Heroes bike ride to raise money for wounded men and women servicemen.
The Sun newspaper has published an article about the event as well as publishing a photograph that you can see below where I have circled Duff so you can see him.
